6.0 Refund Policy
6.1 You acknowledge and accept that we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training, products and/or services and for this, we have depending on which product, either a 7-day or 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on our paid training, products and/or services that we sell to you. So if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, products and/or services, just ask for your money back or refund (hereinafter, referred to as “Refund”).
6.2 Our Refund policy only applies to the first time purchase. Depending on which product, a request for refund is valid only within the first seven (7) days or thirty (30) days of your purchase and/or subscription, counted from the first day of purchase and as one calendar day. Unless you request for a refund or cancel within the first seven (7) days or thirty (30) days from the date first day of purchase, you hereby expressly agree that your right to request for a refund under our 7-days or 30-days 100% satisfaction guarantee Refund Policy (whichever is applicable depending on product) will be lost and/or you will be billed according to your subscription plan where applicable.

A refund takes at least ten (10) business days to process.
6.4 By receiving a refund, you agree to remove all information, including files, documents, images and product or service descriptions, downloaded from our website, and all rights for you to use the refunded product(s) or service(s) will be revoked. You agree and accept that you do not have the right to retain any part or form of the product(s) and/or service(s) that you have received a refund for.
